I’ve been weight training since I hit the gym at 16 years old and I haven’t looked back since. Being naturally slim, I’ve always battled gaining weight. I decided to become a personal trainer at the tender age of 19, teaching regular studio classes, such as Body Pump, Body Combat, Spin and Pilates.

With the increase in obesity levels, it’s my job to help make fitness more accessible, educational, easy to understand and most importantly, to keep it fun. I’ll try my best to back up my opinions with science research.
